E-15#1089

In 1910 GN received from Baldwin a group of twenty light Ten Wheelers intended for commuter service in the Twin Cities and for local passenger service across the system. They were designated E-15, numbers 1073-1092, had 73" drivers, 210# boiler pressure and a tractive effort of 31,560#.  Most were retired by the 1935 but five, all oil burners, remained on the Butte and Spokane Divisions.

This Overland model the E-15 class of the late 30's, is well detailed and the headlight works. Smooth runner, new can motor, torque arm and NWSL 28:1 gear box. It has had some running but the wheel plating is intact.  It has a Custom paint job with very weathering. I bought this model new and it has had limited running.

Original box and foam.
